Charles T. Ketchum papers, 1847-1857.

Deeds for city property in Mobile, Ala., owned by Jacob Mitchell in 1847 and sold to Charles Ketchum in 1850. Clement C. Clay, as a Commissioner and Trustee of the Bank of the State of Alabama, is one of the three signers of the 1847 deed as vendors of the property. Also one receipt for a marble mantel sold to Ketchum in 1857.
